Description

The Leather Grain Copier Set is a unique product that helps to achieve invisible repairs on damaged leather. Use the Leather Grain Copy Set to mould or copy the texture of an undamaged area on a leather car seat, sofa, handbag, etc…. The leather texture moulding agent is applied to the leather, and when it hardens, it leaves an imprint of the leather pattern on it. This mould is called a “grain cushion”. (2 x 50ml + Gun)

The Leather Grain Copier Set works effectively on various types of leather, mainly with a finish and is ideal for imitating textures on items such as: – Leather furniture – On leather car interiors – On leather bags – Leather shoes and clothes

Storage conditions: Store in tightly closed containers and in dry, ventilated rooms free from direct sunlight.

Storage temperature range 5 – 35°C with relative humidity max. 80%.

Shelf life: 1 years from production date.

Instructions

The Leather Grain Copier Set is applied directly to the texture of leather or plastic.

Use the Leather Grain Copier Gun to evenly squeeze out the two components, while the two components are thoroughly mixed through a special mixing spout.

Spray a small amount of the compound onto the surface of the leather or plastic and spread it evenly in a thin layer using a Palette knife, the thinner the impression layer, the faster it cures. The complete curing process of the impression after application takes from 1 to 5 minutes.

Once the impression is fully cured, it will imprint an exact copy of the surface texture, this form is called a “Texture Impression”. Carefully remove the texture cast and use in combination with Vinyl & Leather Weld, Vinyl & Plastic Repair Agent to create texture in the area to be repaired.
