Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Preparation

  • Clean the leather thoroughly and ensure it is dry.

  • Remove waxes, oils or surface coatings with a suitable leather cleaner or deglazer.

  • Shake the bottle well before use.

  • Always test the dye on scrap leather or a hidden area.

2. Application

  • Apply using a sponge, cloth, brush or spray gun.

  • Work in thin, even layers—the solvent base absorbs quickly.

  • Allow each coat to dry before applying the next.

  • Build colour gradually until the desired depth is achieved.

3. Drying & Finishing

  • The dye will dry rapidly; once dry, lightly buff to remove any residual pigment.

  • For added durability and protection, finish with an appropriate LeTech topcoat.

  • Allow the completed item to cure before use.
